BinMinder is a free international collection-calendar and email-reminder service. It checks the source available for your address and emails you before a saved collection.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have authority to provide the address and contact details used. Availability depends on a working source for the address.

3. Free Service

International email reminders are free and require no payment card. We may show advertising or clearly identified affiliate links; you never have to use them and may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Accuracy of Information

We obtain bin collection schedules from your local council. While we strive for accuracy, schedules may change without notice (e.g., bank holidays, service disruptions). BinMinder is not responsible for missed collections due to schedule changes.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate postcode and contact information
  • Keep your contact details up to date
  • Verify collection times with your council for critical collections
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable reminders but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any missed reminders.

7. Messaging

By subscribing, you consent to automated emails at the address you provide. Frequency follows your collection calendar, usually one or two emails a week. You can withdraw consent at any time.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS
  • Clicking unsubscribe in any email
  • Using your dashboard settings

9. Limitation of Liability

BinMinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed bin collections, council fines, or any indirect damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
