The Collection Day Belongs to the Address
Denmark has no single national bin calendar. Routes can differ inside one postcode, and flats may use shared containers. Use the municipality's address search or check the address with BinMinder, then confirm the house number and waste stream before using the date.
Public holidays, road works and operational problems can alter a route. Check the municipality's current service notice when a date differs. A neighbouring municipality's colours, intervals or deadlines do not document your service.
Missed Collections and Bulky Waste
If a correctly placed container was not emptied, use the municipality or waste company's own report. Give the address, container and planned date. Municipalities have different checks and reporting deadlines.
Bulky items, electronics, chemicals and construction waste are not ordinary residual waste. Find the local booked service or recycling centre and check access, sorting and possible charges. Do not use a collection service without booking it.
